History
The foundation of the company was started in October 1976. The first production facilities - oxygen plant and machining shop were put into operation in 1979. The Steel Production shop and Forging and Heat Treatment shop became operational in 1984. The first heat of molten steel was produced on 06.02.1984. The official opening of the plant was in July 1986.
Since 30.06.1999, as a result of a contract signed with the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria the plant is privatized and becomes a private joint stock company with private share capital.
